We are saddened to report that our good friend and colleague Keri Simms, age 56, passed away on September 4, 2020. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Alabama with a degree in Finance and Psychology. He went on to receive his law degree in 1989, from the University of Alabama School of Law. He practiced law in Birmingham, Alabama for 31 years and completed his career at Webster, Henry, Bradwell, Cohan, Speagle, & DeShazo, P.C. Keri was a passionate Alabama football fan and avid outdoorsman. His many joys included painting, his two dogs Sadie and Ellie, the beach, and spending time with family (wife Jenni and children William and Anna) and friends. Keri will be most remembered for his ability to quickly fill a room with laughter and joy.
