TLA is sad to report the death of past president, Edward “Ned” Kiley, 70, a longtime resident of Leesburg, attorney and former partner at the Washington, DC law firm of Grove, Jaskiewicz and Cobert, who died January 27, 2019 after a brief illness. Ned was president of the TLA from 1993-1994 and hosted a memorable Annual Conference at Kiawah Island, SC. Our sympathy goes out to his wife Paula, children and the rest of Ned’s family and friends. May he rest in peace.
